Business Hours
Our Shop operates 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday CST (unless there is a holiday, in that case we will be closed.) We are not available during any hours not listed.
Email Response
Emails are responded to in the order we receive them. Emails are typically not answered on weekends or holidays, please allow 48 hours for a response.
We do not accept rush orders.
Missing Information
If your personalized order contains missing info or is left blank at checkout, it will place a hold on your order until we hear back from you via email or text (whichever contact method you leave at checkout. )
Design Proofs
Design proofs add time to our production schedule, your order cannot be placed into the order line until you approve your design. Please allow 2-3 business days on receiving your design proof and once you approve the design please allow the 5-7 business day production timeframe.
Design Changes
Once you place your order and/or approve your design you cannot make any changes or decrease the quantity of your order.
Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations on orders due to the speed of putting them into production.
Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time on ready to ship non personalized items is 3-5 business days, for personalized items the turnaround time is 5-7 business days, please note this does not include shipping time.
Shipping
Shipping speeds can very between 1-7 days depending on what you select at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery once a package has left our shops. Please order early if you have a specific date you need your order by. Shipping speeds are in ADDITION to the turnaround / production time.
